AI Communications Policy

This policy is intended to support transparency and operational governance for AI-enabled communications. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before reliance.

1. Purpose

MetAiBlock uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to enhance customer experiences, improve response times, automate routine tasks, and support business operations. This policy explains how AI may be used when interacting with visitors, customers, and prospective customers.

2. Scope

This policy applies to AI-assisted communications through website chat, AI voice agents, SMS messaging, email automation, appointment scheduling, customer support, lead qualification, follow-up communications, knowledge assistants, and internal workflow automation that directly affects customer interactions.

3. AI Transparency Principles

MetAiBlock is committed to clearly identifying AI-assisted interactions where appropriate, providing honest and non-deceptive communications, using AI to assist rather than intentionally mislead, providing human assistance when appropriate and reasonably available, and continuously monitoring AI performance for quality and safety improvements.

4. How AI Is Used

AI may assist with answering common questions, scheduling meetings, collecting contact information, providing product and service information, routing inquiries, following up on requested information, drafting responses for human review, and initiating approved outbound communications. AI may also support internal business processes such as summarization, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval.

5. AI Limitations

AI systems may produce incomplete or inaccurate responses, misinterpret ambiguous requests, require additional context, or occasionally require human review or correction. Users should not rely solely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.

6. Human Escalation

Where appropriate, users may request to communicate with a human representative. Certain requests may always require human review before completion.

7. Data Used by AI

AI systems may process information including messages submitted through forms, chat conversations, voice interactions, appointment requests, contact information, and service inquiries. Information is processed in accordance with the MetAiBlock Privacy Policy.

8. AI Voice Agents

AI voice agents may answer inbound calls, place authorized outbound calls, schedule appointments, collect basic information, transfer calls to human representatives, and notify callers if calls are recorded where required by law.

9. AI-Generated Communications

Some emails, SMS messages, and other communications may be generated, personalized, or scheduled using AI systems under MetAiBlock's supervision.

10. Responsible AI Commitments

MetAiBlock strives to respect user privacy, minimize unnecessary data collection, monitor AI quality, improve fairness and reliability, and maintain appropriate human oversight for significant customer interactions.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. Revised versions will be posted with an updated effective date.
